This past weekend, the youth of the Vida Nueva churches got together for a time of teaching in God's Word, fellowship and fun. We are blessed to see the youth seeking God and desiring to serve Him with their lives. Typical outdoor gathering under a Ramada to be fed by the Word and then afterwards by physical food! Thank you for all who having been praying for these young people because as we all know in this day and age it is not easy to stand up for Jesus with all the different things of this world wanting to pull them in other directions.

My son, if you accept my words and store up my commands within you, turning your ear to wisdom and applying your heart to understanding, and if you call out for insight and cry aloud for understanding, and if you look for it as for silver and search for it as for hidden treasure, then you will understand the fear of the Lord and find the knowledge of God. This coming November, the day after thanksgiving, we will be making a trip into Mexico to visit some children's homes and provide them with needed supplies. This trip is family friendly, a great opportunity for children to experience giving to those who are less fortunate. There is still room left, so if you want to go register by October 20th.
