Cumbre
Cumbre is a village of 150 Shipibo Indians. The Shipibos speak their own native language with different dialects from tribe to tribe. Few visitor or merchants come to Cumbre because it is so remote. From the city of Pucallpa it takes one day on a fast boat and two more days on a small fishing boat to reach Cumbre. Even though Cumbre is quite remote, it is warm, welcoming and hospitable to visitors. The villagers live primarily from farming bananas and yuca. Their diet is very simple with and occasional bit of meat from hunting in the jungle. Cumbre is a primitive village deep in the heart of the Amazon jungle, on the Pisky river 425 miles from Pucallpa Peru. Cumbre has a great need for the gospel and discipleship. Irazola
Irazola is a village of Shipibo Indians mixed with some Mestizos. There are about 160 people living in the village. Irazola is a community built in one long line of houses. They are very welcoming of the gospel. The men and youth play soccer together in the late afternoons while the ladies and children play volleyball. Irazola is a primitive village deep in the heart of the Amazon jungle, on the Pisky river 340 miles from Pucallpa Peru. Irazola has a great need for the gospel and discipleship. Other needs they have are for clean drinking water, medical services, medicines and community development.

Nuevo Egipto
Nuevo Egipto is a new but growing village of Mestizos. There are about 125 villagers that live there. The villagers have a variety of trades like farming fishing and lumber. The lumber yard cuts trees from outside the community in the jungle. They cut the lumber into boards and beams used for construction. They build nice plank houses with the lumber they produce. Nuevo Egipto is a primitive village deep in the heart of the Amazon jungle, on the Pisky river 360 miles from Pucallpa Peru. Nuevo Egipto has a great need for the gospel and discipleship. Other needs they have are for clean drinking water, medical services and medicines.

9 de Octubre
9 de Octubre is a small village of Shipibo Indians. There are about 50 people living in the village. 9 De Octubre is a long walk from the Pisky river because at times the river rises and used to flood the village. Now the village sits far back on a rise. The villagers have a large grove of bananas they care for, which is their main source of income. They also catch fish in the river. They supplement their diet with some fruits that grow naturally around their village. They carry water from the river for all their household needs. 9 De Octubre Is a primitive village deep in the heart of the Amazon jungle, on the Pisky river 330 miles from Pucallpa Peru. 9 De Octubre has a great need for the gospel and discipleship. The villagers are very open to the gospel. Other needs they have is for medical services, medicines and community development.

Oceania
Oceania is a small village at the entrance of the Reserve Madre De Dios in the Amazon jungle of Peru. Oceania is as deep as you can go into the jungle. To get to Oceania from the United States, it takes 5 days of travel including 3 airplane flights, a taxi ride and two days on a small fishing boat. Oceania is an isolated community, alone in a virgin jungle. Oceania is known for its tall trees, colorful birds, monkeys and Bengal tigers. Oceania is a small developing village of about 50 Mestizo/Yine mixed people. We have recently built a fresh water system in Oceania using a natural spring. The villagers in Oceania are primarily fishermen and hunters. The villagers there are open to the gospel and desire to be discipled. They also need medicines and community development.

San Francisco
San Francisco is a small village high on a muddy cliff on the edge of the Pisky river. The villagers are Mestizos. There are about 100 villagers living in San Francisco. The center of town has a store, school, soccer field and a volleyball net. The favorite pastime for the villagers is playing volleyball. The volleyball court is uneven with a down hill fade on one side and a big tree that disturbs play on the other side. Advantage goes to those who are experienced with the court. The villagers live spread out over a large distance in the jungle. Farming, hunting and fishing is their industry. Santa Rosa A
Santa Rosa A is a village of Shipibo Indians. Their culture is rooted in mystical beliefs of jungle spirits. Some of the villages are considered healers who use plants and chants to help those in pain. Some of the natural remedies actually work to relieve minor pains and illnesses slowly. There are about 200 people living in the village. Santa Rosa A is a primitive village deep in the heart of the Amazon jungle, on the Pisky river 325 miles from Pucallpa Peru. Santa Rosa B
Santa Rosa B is a community of spiritually hungry people. They are very open to the gospel. They live close to the mouth of the Pisky river. The people in the village live in small one room huts made with boards and a grass roof. Some huts have tin roofs. The villagers are Shipibo Indians. They eat mostly yuca plant, bananas, fish and any wild animal they can catch. They work as farmers growing bananas and trading with merchants as they pass by in small boats. Santa Rosa B is a primitive village deep in the heart of the Amazon jungle on the Pisky river 310 miles from Pucallpa Peru. Santa Rosa B has a great need for the gospel and discipleship. Tres Hermanos
Tres Hermanos is a village of Shipibo Indians. There culture includes making colorful clothing with tremendously artistic designs made from different colors of string. They also make necklaces with beads and tiger claws. There are about 100 people living in the village. They live in huts made with boards cut from the surrounding jungle. Tres Hermanos is a primitive village deep in the heart of the Amazon jungle, on the Pisky river 335 miles from Pucallpa Peru. Tres Hermanos has a great need for the gospel and discipleship. Tres Unidos is a small village of Mestizos. There are about 70 people living in the village. Tres Unidos is a village of hard-working families who plant crops of bananas and harvest bark from trees that is exported for medicinal purposes. The village is small with not many houses surrounding a soccer field. After a hard day of work the villagers play soccer together until dark. Tupac
Tupac is a large village of 450 people Shipibo Indians. The village is busy with the activities of fishing, farming, craft making and boat fabrication. Tupac farms are bananas, medicinal tree bark and yuca roots. The villagers also supplement their diet with animals they hunt in the jungle.
